Education + Effort = Excellence for Everyone

To introduce you to the staff of Fell Dyke Community Primary School the children have drawn pictures and written some information on the people who help them to learn each day at school.

Mrs Scott is the headteacher. She looks after everyone in the school and makes sure  that nobody gets hurt. She has meetings with visitors and other teachers in her office. These are private. She makes sure that all of the classrooms in the school are tidy and that everyone is working hard and getting better. 

 

 

 

 

Miss  Wales is assistant head and she teaches orange class (year 4). She fixes the computers and organises all of the sporting events in the school. She is  always happy and makes sure that everyone is working hard to make their work better.

Mrs Halford teaches us very well and I really like her. She has green eyes and blond hair and studs in her ears. She is tall and slim and has a nice attitude. She is kind and funny and she has a nice personality. She works very hard.

Mrs McKinley is in charge of maths. She has been teaching for thirteen years. She teaches a range of topics like maths, litercay, history, science and music. She is excellent at playing the piano and always helps out with school assemblies. She teaches in year six (purple class) but she has taught in lots of other classes in the school. She is fabulous at her job. 

Mrs Palmer teaches silver class. She is friendly and happy. She helps me with my work and reminds me to bring my homework and reading book into school.

Mrs Robson is the nicest teacher in the world. She teaches year two (green class). She has two rabbits and two guinea pigs. She teaches the best lessons in the world.

Mrs Johnson teaches in year 1 (blue class). She is friendly and kind. She is great at teaching art and she runs art club. She makes our school look beautiful by changing the displays all around school.

Miss Twentyman teaches in gold class (year 5). She likes to speak in french and german. She loves to teach science, but litercay is her favourite lesson.

  Miss Greenwood teaches in recption (red class) she helps us to read. She reads us lovely stories and we learn and play together. Miss Greenwood dances in the hall.

Miss Smith  teaches in nursery. I like playing outside with her and singing songs. She talks beautifully.

 

Mrs Aydeniz is a very kind teacher she is helping me to learn to  read. I love choosing books with her. She makes me smile.

 

 

These people  are all teaching assistats at our school. They help us with our learning.

 

Mrs Gallagher works it lots of classes throughout the school. Mrs Gallgher is fantastic at art. She is cool and she has helped me get much better at reading.

Mrs Stevenson helps teach in orange and purple class. She is very cool. She is tall and thin and is fantastic at teaching humanities.

Mrs Arkle is a first aider. She helps people if they have fallen over or if they feel unwell. She is very happy and sings lots of songs. She helps us to learn in the classroom.

Miss Easton is kind and helpful. She has long, soft brown hair and blue eyes. If anyone has a problem she is there for you. She is a great helper. She gets everyone their breakfast each day in our breakfast club.

Mrs Devine is always laughing. She helps in green class and listens to readers. She helps people with their work and gives us our reading books to take home each day.

Mrs Leech helps us to write. She helps us with things that we need. Mrs Leech is lovely.

Mrs Hornsby helps me to fasten my laces. She is very kind.
Mrs Dixon helps me to cut my lunch. I like playing with her. 

 

 Mrs Brydon works in silver class. She is always happy. She helps us when we are working and she is great at numercay. She makes our classroom look nice by putting all of our work on the display boards to show how our work is improving.

 

 

 

These people are our lunchtime supervisors. They look after us at dinner time and help us to play together. They make sure that we all have our lunch and that everyone has washed their hands properly. We all have fun playing together.

These people help to keep our school clean and tidy.

 

 

                                              

Mr Morris is our school caretaker. He is lovely he helps to keep the school clean and tidy and he fixes things that go wrong or get broken. Mr Morris is always smiling.

 

Mrs White and her sisters Sharon and Jan keep our school clean and tidy. They wash all of the tables, clean the floors and hoover the carpets. They make our school beautifully clean so that our classrooms are sparkling and bright. Mrs White is very kind and she likes coming on school trips and visits.

 

Our office staff help to make our school run smoothly for everyone who comes to Fell Dyke. They are friendly and kind and make sure everyone knows what is happening in our school.

 

Mrs Routledge works with children and their parents. She likes communicating with people throughout the school. She loves her job because each day is different. She is very friendly.

Mrs Bennet works in th school office. She is very kind and friendly. She makes sure that everyone gets their lunch at lunch time. If anyone is off school ill Mrs Bennet phones their parents to see when they will be back at school.

Mrs Bosomworth is our school business manager. She lets everyone know what is happening in school. She shows visitors around the school. She organises events. Mrs Bosomworth is very friendly.

Mrs Stanton Clarke helps us to cross the road safely. She weras a bright coat so that drivers can see her clearly. She is a good lolly pop lady because she stops the traffic with her stick and stands in the road like a scarecrow until we all cross.
